Succulents are plants with thick fleshy tissues adapted to water storage. Some succulents (e.g., cacti) store water only in the stem and have no leaves or very small leaves, whereas others (e.g., agaves) store water mainly in the leaves.
Care; plant in pot with lots of drain holes like terracotta. Use loose well draining cactus soil mix and let dry out between watering. Prefers 6 hours of sunlight a day, rotate plant once a week so all sides of the plant receive sunlight. Water directly to the soil until it runs through the drainage holes then stop.
Tips; dust stops succulents from growing, when this happens use a small gentle and flexible paintbrush or clean makeup brush and wipe the dust off with water. You can also randomly spritz the plants with water.
