Hoya Kerrii / Sweetheart Hoya, also referred to colloquially as Hoya hearts, is a species of Hoya native to the south-east of Asia.
Care; use loose well draining soil mix and let dry out between watering. Hoya Kerriiprefers bright indirect light and can tolerate 70-80 degrees. Use a balanced houseplant fertilizer diluted to half-strength, once a month during the spring and summer.
