Returns Policy

Cosmetics, body and Skincare items are not returnable, they are all final sale. 

Some clothing, accessory and footwear items sold in our store are pre-owned and in good to excellent condition sold in as-is. All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any kind. The only exception for accepting a return is if we send you the incorrect item. 

If you receive the incorrect item, please notify us immediately, within 2 business days after receipt of item. We will then send you a return label via email within 48 business hours of your return request, that you can print and send the item back to us. If you do not have a printer, we will physically mail you one.

You will receive your replacement item once your returned item is received, or a refund to your original form of payment if you prefer.

Please make sure to read each item's description carefully and look at the close up pictures of any noticeable damage.

Colors may vary according to screen & monitor settings and may appear slightly different in person do to being photographed in studio lighting.
