COVID PROTOCOL POLICY

There is no higher priority than the safety of our Family, Staff and Clients. We are taking extra measures to sanitize all areas throughout the day and after every client, delivery or customer that enters our studio.

Additionally, we now have HEPA filters in our main room, and each treatment room.

Your temperature will be taken upon your arrival and we kindly ask that you wear a mask. Nobody will be permitted into The Backstage Studios without a mask, there are no exceptions. If you are not able to wear a mask, we can not allow you to enter the studio. We have high risk Clients and Family that we can not risk exposure to.

PLEASE BRING A NEW AND CLEAN MASK WITH YOU TO WEAR AFTER YOUR SERVICE.

We recommend putting a clean mask in a ziplock bag and seal it prior to your arrival. You must wear a clean mask every day for a minimum of 2 weeks after any treatment that breaks open the skin as it is still healing and you risk infection if any contaminated product or device comes in contact with open and healing skin.

Guests are not permitted in the treatment rooms under any circumstance, and waiting rooms are closed as per government requirements.  Please do not bring children, friends or family with you to your appointment, if they do come with you, they will be asked to wait outside or in the car.

If you are exhibiting any symptom of COVID-19 (per CDC, symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure, such as fever, cough, aches/pains, fatigue, diarrhea, loss of taste and/or smell), you must reschedule your appointment.

If you have traveled outside of the country OR to states with high rates of transmission especially Florida, Texas, Michigan, Alaska, Minnesota, South Dakota, New Jersey, West Virginia, Vermont, New Hampshire & Connecticut and those which are listed on the NY required quarantine list, you must reschedule your appointment to at least 14 days out from the date of your return and/or show proof of Negative Covid test results.

Please note these states are as of 4/1/2021 and are constantly changing. During your prescreen questionnaire we will refer to the CDC guidelines at that time to see what has changed, been added or removed to this list.

Additionally, if you have come in contact with, or visited the same location as anyone who has been confirmed positive for Coronavirus (family, friends, work, restaurants, etc.), please reschedule your appointment to at least 14 days from the date you could have potentially been exposed.

We take Covid and Global Pandemics very seriously and are not interested in conspiracy theories, fake news, what your friend on Facebook Says, or that You tube video you saw. The Guidelines we follow are from the C.D.C., W.H.O. , NYS Law and The NYS Division of Licensing and The State and County Department of Health.

We will not perform a service of any kind outside of these laws and regulations and will not risk our licenses, business of the safety and health of our family, staff and other clients just because you don’t believe in science. Our business is 100% science.

The safety of our Family, Staff and Clients is our highest priority, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
