Not so Merry and Bright this Christmas

I hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe this Holiday Season.
I know that not everyone is full of Holiday Spirit and that the holidays can bring up past traumas and create new ones, and want you to know you are never alone. It’s ok to be sad, not everyone has the same Christmas. Not everyone has good Christmas memories. It’s ok to not be ok.
A lot of people are at their breaking point so please check in with those you care about and make sure they’re ok. Be kind, offer help, a meal, anything. You never really know just how much that can mean to someone who’s at their wits end.
If you or someone you know is in crisis and needs immediate help, please know there are organizations in America that can help you.
