Why I look younger and feel better about myself in my mid 40’s

In my mid 40’s and feeling the best about myself I ever have in my entire life. Why? How?

1. I started focusing on things I love doing and eliminated the things I could that brought me pain, discomfort, stress or anger. And started doing more of the things that bring me joy.
2. I started taking better care of myself. Drinking less alcohol, drinking more water, taking vitamins, eating better, eliminating gluten and other things from my diet that were making me sick, sleeping more, and on a better schedule in general.
3. Started spending more time at home and with family.
